The Flowering of a Violet Illusion

A little more than one year ago, I opened a new Etsy shop with a friend. The shop was open through the Christmas holidays of 2011, then sat dormant for a few months after my friend pulled out.

My mind played with what to do, how to use, where to go with the shop. Then one night the name ColorTrends popped into thought. Still I was taking it slow and easy. A year passed. In December 2012, I searched Google for "springtime color trends 2013" and was presented with what I knew would become my new section labels—the colors of springtime. ColorTrends is about flowers and romance where I show original colorful paintings and fine art prints or collectible pieces. You will always be able to find new ColorTrends items in the blog sidebar at Texas Sauce Art Life. Optionally, you can bookmark this link.

Last night I added Violet Illusion to ColorTrends inventory. I hope you'll enjoy the romantic Etsy shop.

As a child, I was reprimanded for daydreaming. Today my daydreams morph into paintings.
